Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24hrs in advance to allow us time to fill your spot. You can do this online from your appointment confirmation email, by phone at 519-433-1716 or by email at info@plattslanemassage.com

If you cancel with less than 24 hours of your appointment you may be charged 50% of your appointment fee or up to the full amount if we cannot fill the space. Missed appointments are charged in full.
